"Project Management" is quite often the "area of knowledge" and the "area of responsibility" of an individual Project Manager and his team……  The Project Manager as an individual, seldomly participates directly in the physical "labour" or activities that produce the end result. As the eyes and ears of the client, the Project Manager rather strives to maintain the quality of work and the constant progress, together with the productive mutual interaction of various experienced people or qualified Sub Contractors in such a way, that the overall risk of failure is completely eliminated.

A Project Manager is often a client representative and has to determine and implement the exact needs or personal "taste" of the client, based on his experience, knowledge and "back-up" from The Company he is representing. The ability to adapt to the various internal procedures of the Contracting Party, together with the nominated Staff and Site Manager it is essential in ensuring that the key issues of on-site Management, quality in workmanship, strict cost control and above all, client satisfaction can be realized.

In the field of Luxury Upmarket Homes, Retail or Commercial and Industrial Projects, a successful Project Manager must be able to envision the entire Project from start to finish and to have the ability to ensure that this vision is realized.
